CoreCross is a cross training class that keeps focus on authentic core activation throughout each exercise. In this course you will learn core anatomy, how to break down and coach exercises and the CoreCross format. You will learn how to graduate movement so that in classes both dedicated athletes and absolute beginners can feel a satisfying workout. CoreCross is a licensed group fitness class and on completion of the course and assessment you will have enough class content to begin teaching straight away and can receive ongoing class content and education.
