Time Out Tai Chi program provides an introduction to Tai Chi and be used as a stand-alone program or be integrated into your own. Developed to engage clients through simple to follow movements and basic Tai Chi principles.
Evidence shows exercise to be suitable for reducing stress, anxiety and mood disturbances and with Tai Chi providing a safe and inclusive exercise. Participants in your classes are encouraged to find physical, mental and social wellness. The demands of the workplace have increased stress related absences and Employers should be encouraged to add Wellness programs as a part of the WPHS processes. This program will provide exercise professional, the tools to offer an inclusive exercise program which requires no special equipment or clothing and can be delivered in the workplace. The Time 0ut Tai Chi program can be delivered to adults in the workplace (seated or standing) and with added resources successfully delivered for children and adolescents.

Our course is designed to have your clients making movement their positive choice for mental well-being. The online training portal contains all your learning materials and the virtual hub provides a face to face meetings with our Trainer/Assessor Leanne Simpson.
