@theBarre are group fitness classes featuring technical,controlled movements fusing ballet, modern dance, Pilates, Yoga and gym to create challenging workouts that strengthens and streamline the body. Our program includes two uniquely different barre classes namely @theBarre lyrical done to romantic music including graceful, flowing, dynamic combinations of Yoga, Pilates and dance to enhance flexibility, improve balance reinforcing the core to re-shape your body. @theBarre Intense is a strong challenging low impact cardio workout to fun popular music using gliding discs and small equipment. This one will challenge your stabilizers and tone legs, but, abs and thighs re- shaping the body. They are fun to teach and upgraded every quarterly to keep them fresh and motivating and your members will come back over and over again for more!
