This Chi Flow routine consists of 18 Chi Kung movements designed to promote the body’s natural chi energy, reduce stress and improve quality of life. It is adapted from the original Taiji Qigong or “Shi Ba Shi” routine by Professor Lin Housheng of China in 1980. The movements are easy to learn, making it a suitable starting point of beginners. The exercises use gentle stretching and releasing forces and when combined with relaxed breathing, help rejuvenate and strengthen the body.
