Perth Tai Chi Academy seeks to bring a whole new concept and trend to the fitness industry with a new program called Tai Chill. Tai chill programs are easy to follow Group Exercise sessions using movements based on traditional Tai Chi, Chi Kung , and Zen concepts, while focusing on building flexibility, strength and balance. With no difficult moves for the participants to remember and no moves performed on the floor, all the standing exercises use controlled breathing, focused concentration while set to relaxing chill-out style music which will leave you feeling calm and rejuvenated after.
The Tai Chill: Chi Fit program is ideal for Health Professionals interested in learning a little about Tai Chi and Chi Kung or for Fitness Professionals such as Group Exercise Instructors who would like to add another Fitness class to offer their clients. Experienced Tai Chi instructors will also benefit from using the program as a means to introduce fundamental principles to new beginning students.
These two day intensive training workshops are designed to give the professional the opportunity to be part of an exciting new movement in the health and fitness industry.
