This workshop is designed to build on your knowledge of the Kettlebell. A good foundation was laid out in level 1 with a theoretical introduction and then the basic foundation kettlebell exercises introduced.
This workshop now aims to arm trainers and Kettlebell enthusiasts up with an extended range of Kettlebell exercises that can be put in place with their own training and their clients training as well.
The level two Kettlebell Workshop is broken into multiple sections…
This section focuses on what would be the most effective and specific way to warm up before a kettlebell session. It includes mobilisers, foam roller techniques and muscle activation exercises that will specifically contribute to effectively moving well whilst performing the main kettlebell exercises. THese can easily be applied to many PT clients also. Basic kettlebell handling exercises are also introduced to get the hands and nervous system activated at the optimal level.
Progressions of the level one traditional kettlebell exercises. However the key difference here is that the exercises are progressively enhanced and advanced in technical difficulty and stabilization. This adds and builds on the knowledge acquired in the level one kettlebell workshop. Progressions for the swing, clean, snatch and Turkish get-up are included here. Some of the exercises include…

One on One Workshops!!
One on one workshops and two on one workshops were introduced in 2015 and really took off. Trainers really get more out of a private session. They get to ask more questions and Dale is really able to pay more attention to technique and theory.
Workshops are delivered at the Caulfield campus based in Melbourne which has a fully equipped gym and classroom to ensure a positive learning experience.

Personal Training Workshop Company - Founder/Director - Dale Cronin B.App.Sc/Ex.Science
Dale Cronin began his career in the fitness industry over 16 years ago. He kick started his career by completing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise Science at the Australian Catholic University and during this time, began working as a Personal Trainer. his extensive knowledge and energetic nature, Dale quickly established a stable client base which he still maintains today.
He has been lecturing the certificate III & IV in fitness education for over 14 years, and through his experience at different Registered Training Organisations, has developed into a first class lecturer and presenter.
Dale has also written, developed and presents all the fully accredited fitness courses listed above which are all aimed towards current qualified personal trainers needing to upgrade their knowledge and skill in order to maintain their qualifications. Dale currently offers seven fully accredited workshops and is developing new ones.
