Velocity Fitness is not about smashing your every session and making you hurt. We are informed by the martial arts philosophy of creating foundations of technique and knowledge in order to build confidence in your body.
We take a methodical approach to improving your fitness base, strength and conditioning, coordination and agility. All our circuit exercises have variations of difficulty that suits beginners to athletes. Our THUMP Boxing classes emphasise technique and footwork over just bag pounding.
We specialise in outdoor training around the Sydney CBD, and also offer corporate training sessions in-house.
