The councils are mobilised at different times to ensure the board and executive are exposed to a wider range of perspectives towards the development of the organisations’ strategic objectives and initiatives. With a career dating back to 1995, Sharon holds a wealth of experience in many areas of health and fitness including gym floor, group fitness, personal training, and management. She has worked as a department manager for Les Mills Asia Pacific and for several years was an instructor assessor for four of their programs. In 2009 Sharon opened her own private personal training studio working as a sole trader while continuing to instruct group fitness classes at several centres in Canberra.
